How to take out a malware or spyware from my computer?

it says : System Alert: Malware threats. But that is like a pop up in the computer not the internet soo idk how to take that off i tried to system restore but it didnt work wat else shud i tried . I also tried windows defender if found out some but i guess like it didnt delete it soo wat shud i doo?|||To remove malware and spyware you need to download an anti-spyware or rootkit detector software.
