How do I get rid of malware defense?

I've never had a virus like this before, I can't get rid of it and I can barely use my computer now. I'm starting to get absolutely livid. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. I've tried system restore, that didn't help. When I try to run spybot or malware bytes, they won't even start, I think the virus is shutting them down.
