How can I remove traces of the SoWar.vbs malware from my pc or otherwise completely remove it?

My anti-virus protection already removed SoWar malware and restored my homepage settings, but still my browser displays on the top bar the name "SoWar Browser" instead of "Internet Explorer".

And how can I re-enable task manager? My system reports that this was disabled, and that was after SoWar hijacked my browser homepage settings.|||If your computer has been accessing the Internet unprotected it is infected.
