How to get rid of Malware Protection virus?

The Malware Protection virus has decided to infiltrate my computer %26amp; has locked me out of being able to use my computer programs. I already have the Malware Bytes program, but this Malware Protection Virus is blocking me from being able to use it. I was able to get past the virus once already, but now I'm it has me backed into a corner. What can I do to get past this virus. Also, there are groups like Office Max and Support.com that will remote into your pc and remove the virus without you having to take the pc into a shop. All you need is to be able to establish an internet connecting and they will do the work.
