What is a good free malware remover other than ad aware?

I have a program called Mira or Miro installed on my system which when opening a webpage causes adverts to pop up. I have done all the usual things to try and remove it now I am fed up.

Disconnect your computer from the internet


Run vundo


Restart your computer


Run the tool again to ensure no traces are left.


If there are the reboot into Safe Mode and run FixVundo again.
