I have this weird malware on my other computer know as "security tool" it won't let me open any programs or anything. I have tried everything but it starts so fast and shuts everything down. Is there a way I can get this removed with out going to best buy? HELP I need suggestions|||Try to use another clean computer for downloading and updating anti-spyware. Then use a flash drive, like USB key, smartphone if it has a storage function or a simple CD and drag and drop anti-spyware there.
