When I do an antispy scan, the malware that come up and which I remove, come right back if I do another scan within seconds of the first scan?
Then I remove them again and again and again.|||because you have not removed the exe. file that normally sits in either your app data folder or if using vista / windows 7 the program data folder|||The malware is not being removed because the malware still is running a procces that is programed to recreate the malware when it is removed. You will have to end this proccess and then removfe the malware. First, try this. As you start your computer, tap away at the f8 key as it is booting. Then, it will take you to an options window. Using the directioinal keys, move up to safe mode with networking and click enter. Windows will boot in safe mode(unless the malware blocks it, then skip this part and move on to the par where i explain about using rkill). When it boots, the only proccesses that will be running are the ones that windows needs to run, and there will be no more malware procceses, which means you can remove it. Download malwarebytes antimalware from here
http://malwarebytes.org/ then install it and run a scan. Remove anything it finds(do this while in safe mode). Then, run the antivirus that you were using before and remove anythjing that it finds. Then you can reboot, and the malware should be gone. If the malware doesnt let you boot in safe mode, do this. Download rkill from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill then run it. It will kill any malware processes that are running (if a window pops up saying its malware or a virus, it is the virus on your computer trying to stop the program from running. Try to bypass this) then after running rkill, download malwarebytes, then run it. Then, run your normal antivirus, and remove anything it finds. When you reboot, your computer should be clean. Hope this hellps :). Good Luck.|||Use malwarebytes, superantispyware, clean up with ccleaner and check with hitman pro to see if it's clean. Sometimes if it's a rogue you need to use safe mode by restarting pc tapping F-8 key choosing "Safe Mode with Networking" from menu and running malwarebytes and Superantispyware. a virus and other nasties like to hide out in System Restore, so turn that off and restart pc and turn it back on. Using a good web browser like Chrome or SRWare Iron with ad-block, WOT, extensions is as important as having an anti virus.|||Maybe a program you are running is making the virus. You can try to Ctrl + Alt + Del and check your processes for anything you do not recognize. Please understand though this is an advanced topic for removing a virus and if you end the wrong process it can damage your computer.|||you did a system restore to fix the problem
http://malwarebyres.org
donload , update/safe mode/turn off system restore ( disable wifi or disconnect you Ethernet cable
run full scan|||What are you scanning with? Try http://malwarebytes.org free scanner in safe mode. Yours obviously is not working.
