How to remove existing malware and prevent future malware attack?

There are many :( Like trojan, virus, spyware, hackers, worms, etc! How to prevent both existing and future malware from attacking m sweet computer?

Note: I won't go to porn sites because they are full of trojans etc!

Any useful help is highly appreciated!|||First Disable System Restore BEFORE scanning of malware!

* If using the default Start Menu, click Start %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; Performance and Maintenance %26gt; System. Select the System Restore tab and check "Turn off System Restore".

* If using the Classic Start Menu, click Start %26gt; Settings %26gt; Control Panel and double-click the System icon. Select the System Restore tab and check "Turn off System Restore".

* After scanning the system and removing the offending malware, re-enable System Restore by repeating the steps, this time removing the check from "Turn off System Restore".
