I used file hippo anti malware on a school computer (I called tech support and this is the site and program they told me to use) but my friend cant acess the internet long enough because the malware virus just kicks her off right away. Is there something else to do?|||What Wild Glide said is one way to approach it, but you can try another approach at it. You can make a Rescue Disk, and I recommend Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10. You can put it on either a blank CD/DVD or a flash drive, but I recommend using the CD. Okay, if it is a Netbook, then it shouldn't have a problem with a flash drive. And you can try safe mode first as well if you have not already done that. Press F8 while booting for that, and you must select Safe Mode with Networking in order to access the internet.|||It is possible that the infection you are trying to remove will not allow you to download files on the infected computer. If this is the case, then you will need to download the files on another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive

Download your file you want from another computer. Put it on a USB stick. Plug USB into netbook. Do the deeds. Party.|||Download on a clean pc to disk then install to infected pc.
