How come my malware is actin up on me?

I try to scan my computer with malware, and it is the real deal. But for some damn reason it just restarts my computer when it reaches half way. It happens every time and i cna't stop it. I can get rid of the viruses but i can never check to see if that's all of them. I need help|||Restart you Computer Safe Mode With Networking how to Restart?

and then open ''temp'' folder





and delete every thing in this folder





and restart you Computer.
