Is it safe to pay bills on line after getting rid a Malware Crush virus?

I recently got rid of Malware Crush using a free version of Super Anti Spyware. How can I be sure that it is safe to pay bills online? Could the information be used for identity theft? it contains filenames of all files that belong to malware crush. search for these files on your computer, if they are not there, malware crush is gone. if you find some of those files on your computer, simply delete them.
