Why all the sudden am I having Malware problems?

Since yesterday I have been having malware problems. My antivirus has been popping up as detecting malware problems. I never had this problem before but lately I have been. I dont even have to be doing anything and it comes up. What is the deal? I have anti malware software too and when I run that it doesnt detect anything. My anti virus is the one detecting it.
