How to get rid of Malware on Admin account from User account?

I have Malware or a virus on my Admin account, and it won't let me access the internet to download Malwarebytes. It actually won't let me do anything. So how can I get rid of Malware on my ADMIN account from a USER account? It's the only account that I can do anything on :/|||Have you tried Safe Mode?|||youtube how to get rid of it, they'll show you a video how to get it off. thats how i got mine off (:
