Is there a virus or malware that makes your computer produce organ music followed by a few people cheering?

Every so often when I enter into a new page, my laptop emits this creepy organ music which is followed by the sound of a few people cheering with no noticeable source on the page. Virus? Malware?|||It depends, sometimes webpages will have an ad that will have volume to the ad, and sometimes its not easy to identify were the sound or the ad is located. Other times, there will be a pop-up that opens up in the background that will have an ad with sound.

Another thing to look for is make sure that no programs are creating the sound. Windows themes have sounds and it may be produced by windows themes depending on what version you have.

If you think you may have a virus, here is what to do:

1. Remove your Anti-virus.

2. Go to http://download.cnet.com/Avast-Free-Anti鈥?/a> and download this Antivirus. This is the best and most highly recommended free Anti-virus in the tech world. Install this and run scans.

3.) if you still think there may be an issue. Try this. http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/?tag=m鈥?/a> It will remove all your cookies and such stuff, usually spyware is put on your pc by cookies.

4.) Try this. http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpywar鈥?/a> Run scans and remove bad items.

5.) or another comparable to Superantispyware is Malwarebytes. http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An鈥?/a>

All these are free and are what most techs use in the tech world. You should never purchase the full versions, they are a waste of money and usually only provide extra tech savvy program accessibility. Basically, they are marketing schemes to make money. Also, Make sure that if you download Superantispyware that it doesn't start up with windows or run in your taskbar, you only need one AV running at a time and Avast will handle all your security needs. If you have more than one running, it bogs down your pc and becomes counter-productive as they usually will not work properly if another AV is running.

Hope this helps.|||Probably a virus.. You should google search abg anti virus and download it. Then scan your computer.|||I haven't heard of one, but that sounds like it could be. Run a scanner to check: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/ru鈥?/a>
