How do I get rid of nava shield malware?

I have tried to follow ideas but nothing seems to work. Tried PC tools but think this could also be malware. Please help!|||http://malwarebytes.org

Restart the computer, keep presing F8 Or F5, Choose Safe Mode..

Run MalwareBytes and do A FULL System Scan. Remove Any Findings.

Also Your Run REAL Security %26amp; Do A Virus Scan
